Return Policy

Flavour will gladly accept returns of regularly priced merchandise for exchange or store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds. Sale and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

We accept returns for shoes 14 days from the date of receipt only if the shoe is defective, or if they are unworn. Any item that has wear on it without a defect cannot be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged and Flavour is not responsible for returning the item to you. All returns must come with the original shoe box. What does this mean? Basically if we deem the item not eligible for return, it's not our responsibility to pay or arrange the shipping of the item back to you.

If you have shoes to return: DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box because they would be damaged in transit. Any returns without the original shoe box or with damage shoe box will not be accepted.

Online Store Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Orders made after hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery

Flavour will only ship to the name and billing address indicated on the order form submitted OR a PayPal confirmed shipping address.
Flavour ships all online orders via Canada Post.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE

Canadian Orders

Regular price merchandise purchased online can be picked up at our store front location free of charge.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service with an estimated delivery of 2 to 9 business days depending on the postal code we are shipping to.

Shipping costs within Canada:
$15 CAD for the first item and $5 CAD for each additional item.
You will be taxed according to the province you live in. (Ie: Ontario = 13% HST)

U.S. ORDERS

Shipping costs to the United States of America:
$25 CAD for the first item and $5 CAD for each additional item.

U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited service with an estimated delivery of 7 to 14 business days depending on the postal code we are shipping to.

International Orders
